Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange, bydrneh also pays the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement.

As soon as tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.
